TRAVEL	Local, Regional and National Travel Dependent by team.
BASEBALLL IQ DEVELOPMENT	Understanding whats required to perform at the next level.
ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE	Train to Compete. High Volume & Intensity, Highly Individulalized program targeting Strength, Speed, Power, Mobility, and Recovery.
INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT	Understand keys to being a success as a collegiate student and/or student-athlete. Approach baseball as if it's your job. Execute your routine of training, mental, physical preparation and post recovery. Committed Players shoud have consistent communication with college coaches to ensure they are meeting expectations both athletically and academically. Uncommitted players should keep current communication with Stars' Coaches regarding school choice, college camps and conversations with college coaches. It's important to communicate when a college has confirmed coming to watch the athlete play in a Stars Event.

EQUIPMENT	Bat Length: 32"-33". Bat Weight: -3. Metal/Composite or Wood. Wood Bats must be composed of a single piece of wood. Length/weight ration must be -3 and stamped BBCOR.
