Take your performance to the next level with our Stars Baseball Speed Class — a high-impact, 45-minute session designed to sharpen the tools that make you dangerous on the basepath and explosive in the field. This classes are designed for 14U and Showcase players.
$40 per session | 45 minutes of focused training
A la cart sessions! Choose your day, time, and/or location. EVERY Monday at Complete Game all season long! Tuesdays at Gainesville High School. Wednesdays rotating between Gainesville and Freedom.
Locations include Complete Game (inside), Gainesville High School Turf Field (outside), Freedom High School (outside)
What Will the Focus Be:
Rotational Speed – Generate power through your hips and core for quicker, more explosive movement.
Change of Direction – Enhance agility for faster transitions in the field and on the bases.
Reaction Time – Improve your instincts and make quicker decisions when it counts.
Explosivity & First Step Quickness – Get out of the box faster. Take the extra base. Steal more bags.
