Mark Wrighte

Mark coaches HS @ Freedom-South Riding, where the Eagles have won several District & Regional Titles. Freedom has also advanced to four VHSL State Tournaments, including winning the 2022 Class 6 State Tournament. Mark was also co-founder of the Loudoun South Eagles travel program & previously coached in other Showcase organizations before joining Stars Baseball. In recent years, he has won tournaments for Stars Baseball at the middle school level, as well as numerous tournaments at the Showcase level too. Coach Wrighte’s area of specialty is hitting & OF Play; he does private instruction out of Rip City and team training out of both Complete Game & Rip City. Both of Mark’s children were collegiate athletes; he resides in South Riding with his wife Laura who coached for 20 years and won 5 State Tournaments and dozens of Regional Championships.
