I want my players to not only improve their baseball skills, but become better people as well. When practicing I always ask my players what they feel when something goes wrong. I don’t do it because I don’t know the answer, I do it to make them think about it. This causes them to not only correct mistakes, but learn what those mistakes feel like so that when they’re out on the field they know what to correct when things don’t go their way.
